We take great care when designing the interiors of our homes, and this includes all the finishes and equipment we supply.

10 year NHBC cover

Every Sheldon home comes with an extensive 10 year warranty from the National House Building Council (NHBC). This warranty is recognised throughout the UK house building industry.
The NHBC ten year warranty is known as the Buildmark Cover.

This works as an insurance policy, which covers against certain risks from the time your house is built and lasts for a ten year period. Because of the high standard required by the NHBC all Sheldon homes are regularly inspected by the NHBC. This means that you can be assured of the highest quality throughout our homes.

If for any reason you wish to sell your home within the ten year period then your NHBC warranty will transfer to any new purchaser and will continue until the expiry of the ten year period.
